Shower filters and under-sink systems are designed for easy DIY installation and come with step-by-step instructions. If you prefer, we can also arrange professional installation for any system.
Whole-home filters typically last 12 months or 100,000 litres, whichever comes first. Reverse osmosis pre- and post-filters should be replaced every 6–12 months, while the RO membrane lasts 2–3 years. Shower filters last about 6 months. We offer a subscription service that ships replacement filters to your door when they are due.
No. Our whole-home systems are engineered with high flow rates (up to 60 litres per minute) to ensure no noticeable drop in water pressure. The stainless steel housing and 1-inch connections are designed to maintain full flow even with multiple taps running.
A whole-home system filters every tap in your house from a single point of entry — kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and garden. An under-sink system filters water at a single tap, typically the kitchen, and is ideal for drinking and cooking. Many households combine both for complete coverage.
Yes. Our water assessment is completely free with no obligation. We test your water for pH, chlorine, sediment, hardness, and TDS, explain the results in plain English, and recommend the right system for your needs. If you decide not to proceed, there is no charge.
Our stainless steel whole-home housings come with a 3-year warranty. Reverse osmosis systems carry a 5-year warranty, and shower filters have a 2-year warranty. Filter cartridges are consumable items and are not covered by the system warranty.
Yes. Our systems work with both municipal and tank water supplies. For tank water, we may recommend additional pre-filtration to handle higher sediment levels. Our team will advise on the best configuration during your free water assessment.
A whole-home system typically takes 2–4 hours to install, depending on your plumbing setup. Under-sink systems take about 1–2 hours. We schedule installations at a time that suits you and ensure your water is only off for the minimum time needed.
